Newly-constructed, custom-designed guesthouse of 1000 sq ft is light and airy with charming views all around. House accommodates up to 6 persons with a simple but welcoming ambiance. Main floor has open living area, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with walk-in shower. Sleeping facilities include a private main floor bedroom with double bed; a spacious loft with queen size bed and ½ bath; as well as sleeping couch with detachable trundle bed in living area alcove. [Bed linens and towels provided.] Operable skylight with ceiling fan cools on warm days; and wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth on cool nights. Ample porches to sit and relax. Owner residence nearby with friendly dog and outdoor cats on premises.
