Executive Chef Andrea Griffith shares her expertise in hands-on cooking classes every 3rd Saturday of each month at Primland. Space is limited to 6 students per class.
In our first class, learn to prepare from start to finish classic Italian specialties. Learn to make and roll pasta, gnocchi and marinara sauce as well as "tricks of the trade".
Class concludes with a sampling of the dishes prepared and paired wine.
